Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, we do not ship outside the US. However, if you live outside of the US, and are interested in purchasing Luciole clothing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - we always appreciate your feedback!
How long until my order ships?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. (We will always do our best to ship sooner, but we appreciate your flexibility.) We will be sure to send you an email with the tracking information.
We hope you are thrilled with each & every order, however, we accept returns for store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. We are not currently offering exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original condition, with the hangtag attached and should not show any signs of wear.
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn
- Items that have been washed
- Items without tags
- Sale items
Please email email@example.com to initiate the return process. Please note: Luciole does not cover return costs at this time.
Once we have received your returned item, we will let you know within 2 business days if your return is accepted. Once accepted, we will process your return immediately and email you a one-time discount code for the full amount of your original purchase (minus shipping).
We take great measures to ensure you receive your clothing in mint condition, however, if an item is ever damaged in transit, it must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of the delivery date.
